What happens next

1. You'll receive the intake form

As soon as beta opens officially, Rachel will send it to you directly. It takes about 15 minutes and goes much deeper than a standard questionnaire.

2. A 15-minute call with Rachel

Once she has your intake, she'll schedule a short call to go deeper on anything the form couldn't fully capture.

3. Your three matches arrive

Within 24–48 hours of your call, you'll receive three therapist options — each with a plain-language explanation of why they were chosen for you.
