These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the WellMatched website.

1. Nature of Services

WellMatched provides an informational website and a platform for matching prospective clients with independently licensed mental health professionals.
WellMatched does not provide clinical services and does not supervise or direct the care provided by any therapist.

Use of the website does not create a therapeutic relationship.

2. Not a Medical or Emergency Service

WellMatched does not provide:

• mental health treatment

• crisis services

• diagnosis

• clinical oversight

• emergency support

If you are in crisis, call 911 or your local emergency line.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by WellMatched and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• misuse or disrupt the site

• submit harmful or unlawful content

• attempt to gain unauthorized access

• submit PHI through general website forms

5. No Guarantees or Endorsement

WellMatched does not guarantee any outcome from matching or the quality of clinical services provided by therapists.
Therapists listed in the private cohort are independent practitioners.

6. Third-Party Tools

Your use of third-party tools (e.g., Squarespace, Jotform, Google Analytics) is subject to their own Terms and Privacy Policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

WellMatched is not responsible for:

• actions, omissions, or communications between users and clinicians

• clinical outcomes

• errors on third-party systems

• technical issues affecting site performance

8. Modifications

WellMatched may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
